Are you an arts fundraiser looking for a hands-on, outward-facing role in Individual Giving?

Working closely with the Director of Development and Communications, you will help grow one of the Museum’s most important areas of support, building thoughtful relationships, strengthening supporter journeys and helping more people feel part of a Museum where art, care and social purpose come together. 

 

Working pattern: Full time (10am–6pm), 35 hours (1 hour each day unpaid for lunch), up to 40% of hours possible as hybrid working

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £35,000–£37,000 p/a depending on experience

 

We are looking for someone who

  • has experience in Patrons, Friends, membership, individual giving or a similar supporter-facing role 
  • enjoys the detail of good fundraising as much as the bigger picture 
  • can write clearly, keep things moving and build strong supporter relationships that make people feel valued 
  • is confident using data sensibly to inform decisions and improve supporter journeys 
  • wants room to contribute ideas, develop their skills and make a visible difference
