Jeremy Deller is a British artist. He won the Turner Prize in 2004 and represented the UK at the Venice Biennale in 2013. Jeremy is known for his public artworks, including, The Battle of Orgreave, We’re here because we’re here (a national performance to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first day of the battle of the Somme) and Sacrilege (a life-sized inflatable Stonehenge).
