Upcycle your clothes by exploring a range of printing techniques in this drop-in Assemblage Collective workshop for young people aged 18-30.

Ready to give your clothes a glow-up? Drop into our upcycling workshop and turn your everyday fabrics into one-of-a-kind pieces using bold black and white prints.

Our resident youth collective is teaming up with deeaiwai to bring you three unique pre-designed printing tools for stencil printing, block printing, and screen printing. Bring any fabric you’d like to transform, whether it’s a T-shirt, jeans, bed sheets or tablecloth. Cotton works best for a crisp print finish.

This workshop is open to anyone aged 18-30 and you don’t need any prior experience to join us. If you want to be creative in a supportive artist-led environment, learn how to upcycle and chat with other like-minded creatives, this event is for you!

This workshop will run for 3 hours, and your ticket entitles you to an hour of printing. Tickets are free, but must be booked.

In residence at the Foundling Museum, Assemblage Collective is an interdisciplinary network of young creatives aged 18-30 founded in May 2020. The Collective aims to build creative communities beyond the bounds of formal education and to provide pressure-free environments where creativity can flourish through a range of workshops and events.
