Each week join one of our knowledgeable volunteers to learn more about the history of the Foundling Hospital through the objects and artworks in our extraordinary collection.

This week Shirley will introduce you to the so-called ‘Ladies of Quality and Distinction’, and the early history of the Foundling Hospital in the wonderful setting of the Picture Gallery.

The talk will last around 20 minutes, and is free with the price of admission. Please note this tour goes to all the levels of the Museum. There is a lift for those who require additional access going up and down stairs.

This talk will be repeated on Wednesday 28 May.
