Create your own naturally-dyed bandhani swatch in this hands-on creative workshop for adults aged 18-30.

Guided by artist Monique Kaur Kellay, you’ll be introduced to the art of bandhani, an resist-dye technique with deep roots in South Asia and the Indus Valley Civilisation, where fabric is pinched and wrapped in thread before dyeing to create an intricate pattern.

We’ll learn about this skilled craft by having a go at it ourselves in a meditative, warm and comfortable environment. You’ll have space to play, learn, and develop your own unique design in this workshop.

Meet new people, make new friends, and leave with a hand-dyed fabric patch!

Spaces are limited, so make sure to book a ticket to secure your spot. This workshop is open to anyone aged 18-30. All materials will be provided, but please bring a plastic bag with you to take your creation home in, as it may be wet!
