Enjoy a lunchtime recital by flautist Daisy Noton, in the beautiful surroundings of the Picture Gallery.

We are delighted to welcome Philharmonia’s Flute Fellow, Daisy Noton, to the Museum. A skilled soloist, Daisy has been heard on BBC Radio 3 and on stage at Glyndebourne and Wigmore Hall.

The performance will last an hour, and is free with the price of admission.

Daisy will return to the Foundling in April 2026 to perform with her harp trio, Orion Trio.

About Young Artists’ Platform

Our Young Artists’ Platform programme showcases exceptional musicians at the start of their musical career. In partnership with Philharmonia Orchestra, the programme provides monthly recital opportunities for their Philharmonia Instrumental Fellows.

About Daisy Noton

Daisy is a flautist with a wealth of solo, chamber, and orchestral experience. She has played with the Ulster Orchestra and Sinfonia Cymru, performs regularly with the Riot Ensemble, and has performed at Glyndebourne and Wigmore Hall. Formerly principal flautist of the Royal Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra and the University of London Symphony Orchestra, Daisy now studies with Jacques Zoon and Salvador Martínez Tos at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid.
