If you're thinking of applying for a job with us, here is some information about our recruitment process plus some tips for applying.

Inclusive recruitment

We want our recruitment to be open, fair, and welcoming. All job roles include clear descriptions, salary details, and flexible working options where possible.

  • All roles are advertised on our website and other recognised platforms
  • No agencies – we welcome direct applications
  • Applications made via a short form, rather than CVs. Alternative formats (audio or video) are welcome
  • Salary always above London Living Wage, with ranges when flexible
  • Clear closing dates, never earlier than advertised
  • Applications are anonymised before assessment
  • Interviews may be online or in person, with questions provided in advance

Tips for applications

We understand the benefits using AI can bring. However, if you are thinking of using AI in your application, we encourage you not to use it as a complete replacement for your own input. AI can lack the personal touch and authenticity we value in candidates. Therefore, we encourage you to showcase your knowledge and skills using your own voice.

Where possible we will include a task or practical element to the selection process so you can actually show us how you might do an element of the role, rather than just getting you to talk about it.

References & right to work

Please note that any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of satisfactory references and proof of right to work in the UK. Depending on the role you may also be subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
