Larissa is Chair of the Foundling Museum and Chair of Social Business Trust. She has recently co-founded and co-chairs Thrive at Five, a new early years charity, and a member of the Board of Helpforce CIC. In her business life she is a Non-Executive Director of international law firm Charles Russell Speechlys and a Non-Executive Director of executive search firm Saxton Bampfylde. She chairs the employee ownership trust of architecture practice Hawkins\ Brown. Her previous roles include Vice Chairman of WPP’s Ogilvy Group UK; European COO Weber Shandwick; Partner of emerging markets private equity firm, Actis LLP; Founding Trustee of V Inspired, NED of London & Quadrant and Chairman of House of Illustration.
She read law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, completed her solicitor’s finals at the College of Law, London and studied at London Business School, where she completed her MBA. She was awarded an OBE in the 2021 New Years Honours list for services to social enterprise and charity. She has three children. She has played clarinet in the Lawyers Music Symphony Orchestra for over 20 years.
