We offer a range of fun resources aimed at Key Stages 1-2 to engage and inspire primary school children. Using the Museum’s Collections, pupils can explore a variety of subjects linked to the Art & Design and English curriculum.

For a unique experience in London, book a free visit to explore our Collections and exhibitions with your pupils. We offer free resources for Key Stages 1-2 which complement group visits and explore different aspects of the Foundling Hospital story in relation to Art & Design and English. Special resources also accompany our regular programme of exhibitions and displays.

The children really enjoyed gaining a deeper understanding of what life was like at the Foundling Hospital.

Please note group visits must be pre-booked. However, unfortunately due to staff shortages we're currently unable to take bookings for school groups. Please check this page again after February half term when we should be able to take bookings again.

For larger groups of up to 60 our neighbours at the Charles Dickens Museum are often able to accommodate half of your group for a taught visit before swapping over at lunch time. Please see their website for details or email learning@dickensmuseum.com to enquire about availability.
