Google Arts & Culture

The Foundling Museum, along with more than 20 other institutions, has collaborated with Google Arts & Culture to shine a light on over 100 years of the UK women’s movement.

Launching today to celebrate the anniversary of Millicent Fawcett’s 171st birthday, the Road to Equality project features archival objects from London institutions linked to the Suffrage movement, as well as stories from a wide spectrum of cultural institutions, editorial content from contemporary activists and pioneers, and features on historical milestones and the women who achieved them.
