Join storyteller Dani Bradstreet for this drop-in sensory and immersive superhero storytelling session. Come along on a magical adventure that explores the lives of some of our most beloved heroes. Age under 7s. Accessible for children with SEND. BSL interpretation.

What annoys you most in life? Imagine a superpower that could deal with it! Using your own image, design a shadow puppet with superpowers. Perform your superpower in a shadow puppet play. Led by the Tracing Our Tales Art Team.

1 June | Super Stories

Using step by step demonstrations, illustrator Salvatore Rubbino will teach you how to create comic strip illustrations of your superhero. You will create a story and use comic strips to explore action and drama.

2 June | Caped Crusaders!

Make your own life size superhero cape and mask and bring your character to life with giant speech bubbles. Led by Salvatore Rubbino.

3 June | Superhero Jubilee Bunting

Celebrate the Queen’s jubilee and come along to this fun workshop led by Grace Holliday. Explore drawing and mark making to create a large-scale jubilee bunting inspired by Superheroes, Orphans and Origins: 125 Years in Comics.
