Handel Librarian Katharine Hogg gives a talk on the 1792 season at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens

Focusing on an original ticket for the opening ball on this day in 1792, the talk explores the social and musical activities at the Gardens in the late eighteenth century. One of only seven surviving tickets, it is on show from the Gerald Coke Handel Collection archive, exclusively for London History Day.
