Join artist Mark Neville for a tour of Child’s Play, followed by a chamber performance by The Amadè Players, in partnership with the London Handel Festival.

Mark Neville reveals the stories behind his photography in Child’s PlayIn his exhibition, Neville presents a series of images of children at play in diverse environments around the world. Immersing himself in communities from Port Glasgow to North London, and in the war zones of Afghanistan and Ukraine, the artist has captured beautiful moments of free, spontaneous play within the complex and often harsh reality of children’s lives.

Afterwards, join members of The Amadè Players for a chamber programme of violin and vocal works including Handel’s Violin Sonata in D, HWV 371; Pepusch’s Corydon; and Telemann’s Locke nur, Erde. Bringing early works to life through muscianship of the highest quality and in-depth musicological research, The Amadè Players offer an historically-informed sound through exciting performances. This event is run in partnership with the London Handel Festival.
